Team-Based Approach to Mental Health Care
SpotLyte Behavioral Health is more than a traditional mental health practice. Patients receiving support from SpotLyte can do so on an individual 1:1 basis with a therapist or through a care team-based approach.
1:1 or Patient : Provider based traditional therapy is just that. Each individual, couple, family or group is matched up to a provider with the frequency of visits determined by the overall needs of the patient. Between appointments, patients rely on themselves and their support networks to navigate life’s daily challenges that impact overall health and wellness.
In the care team-based approach, each patient is matched up with a care team, in addition to their Therapist. The responsibility of the care team is to identify life’s challenges that may or do impact a patient’s overall health that may not be uncovered or discussed during therapy or doctor visits. Challenges such as management of medications for multiple issues, appointment scheduling, insurance coverage, food insecurity, transportation challenges are just a few examples of the areas our care team supports patients in.
SpotLyte believes that mental health stability and happiness is not achieved alone. It takes a team to truly identify when and where support is needed in your daily life and then to provide that support.

We are looking for providers who have a passion for improving people’s mental health and understand the strong connection between mental health and physical health, to join our growing practice.
Hours
- Flexible hours (early morning, evening), with at least one evening or Saturday is required in order to fit the availability of our patients. •
- Currently all positions are remote as sessions are conducted via Telehealth.
